To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
We’re based in [Sydney] and service surrounding areas including [Central Coast, Wollongong, Katoomba, etc.]. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Absolutely! All our events are custom-styled. We’ll work closely with you to design a look that reflects your vision and occasion.
We don’t offer prop hire on its own — our props are exclusively used as part of our full styling services. This allows us to keep every piece in pristine condition, ensuring your event looks polished and flawless.
We don’t offer standalone balloon or floral setups. Due to high demand, we focus exclusively on full event styling, where balloons and florals are included as part of a complete, cohesive setup. This ensures our time and attention are fully dedicated to delivering the best possible results for each styled event.
On the day, we’ll arrive at the agreed bump-in time to style and set up your event with care and attention to detail. Once your celebration is finished, we will return to pack everything down and collect our props.
Yes! We provide visual mock-ups so you can see the overall concept and feel confident before the big day.
Yes, we regularly collaborate with venues, and other suppliers to bring your event together smoothly.
